This is definitely NOT an image of an “LA neighborhood” – this is a heavily composed photograph of San Francisco – 1) there are no townhomes/buildings like these in LA, but in SF there are 2) there is a long tall winding hill leading you to 3) the Golden Gate bridge off in the horizon with Coit Tower just to the left of it.
